- Location: Pyrmont, Sydney CBD, NSW
- Hours of work: Generally, regular business hours Monday – Friday, however hours can vary to include weekends and evenings when required during peak show periods.
- Remuneration will be in accordance with experience.
What does it take to lead our Ticketing Operations?
- A passion for theatre and live entertainment, and deep understanding of the commercial live entertainment ecology.
- A deep understanding of ticketing systems and software, including TM1, and the ability to build and manage inventory for a large number of shows across variety of genres and size.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, including the ability to engage with a team of people of varying experiences.
- Ability to work with multiple presenters on ticketing strategies, dates and times, and deliver the ticketing campaigns of multiple shows across multiple venues simultaneously, balancing the needs of all.
- Ability to manage small daily tasks and large strategic tasks simultaneously – nothing is too big or too small to tackle!
- A strong financial acumen and a desire to be continually analysing results and delivering on commercial objectives.
- The ability to continually evaluate operations and suggest innovations and changes where needed to ensure that we continue to improve on our operations and service.
- Superior computer and IT skills, and an ability and enthusiasm to engage with software that can ensure efficiencies for staff and customers.
- A positive ‘can do’ attitude and desire to make a difference within the organisation.
